1. Scope
These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of the website www.savorgranada.com, as well as the booking of tours activities offered through it. By accessing the site or making a reservation through any available channel, the user expressly accepts these Terms and Conditions.
2. Services Offered
Savor Granada organizes and manages guided tours, food and wine experiences, cultural events, and tailor-made activities, which can be booked online or by contacting the company directly.
3. Website Access and Use
Access to the website is free of charge. Users agree to use it responsibly and in accordance with the law, refraining from any actions that could damage, overload, or impair its functioning. All content on the site (including text, images, logos, and structure) is protected by intellectual property rights. Total or partial reproduction without prior authorization is strictly prohibited.
4. Bookings
Tours may be booked through the reservation system integrated into our website, via the available online forms, or by reaching out directly to our team. All bookings are subject to availability and will not be considered confirmed until full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been sent to the customer.
The customer acknowledges that certain services may be subject to specific conditions, such as a minimum number of participants, accessibility requirements, or the need to present specific documentation for access to certain monuments, such as the Alhambra.
5. Terms of Purchase
We require full payment in advance of the Service (s) in order to secure your reservation. Tours cannot be guaranteed without full payment upfront.
Please verify that the Service(s) and cost(s) displayed in your shopping cart when purchasing through the Sites are correct before finalizing payment.
The prices listed are per person, unless otherwise specified.
Tours offered on the website are displayed and calculated in Euros (€). All bookings and payments are processed in this currency.
Guests accept any and all fees associated with Purchases using credit card.
6. Prices and payment methods
Prices published on the website or provided directly by Savor Granada are final and include all applicable taxes, in accordance with current tax regulations in Spain. All amounts are stated in euros (€).
The accepted payment methods are:
– Bank transfer
– Credit or debit card
– Online payment through our booking platform
Our booking system is fully secure for card payments. All transactions are processed via Stripe, an international payment platform certified at PCI Level 1, the highest standard of security in the industry. You can review Stripe’s security protocols at the following link:
We require full payment in advance of the Service (s) in order to secure your reservation. Tours cannot be guaranteed without full payment upfront.
7. Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy for group tours is as follow:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date: 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund
We apply the following cancellation policy for private and tailored-made tours:
– Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 100% refund.
– Cancellations made between 59 days and 30 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made between 29 days and 16 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a 25% refund.
– Cancellations within 15 days prior to the tour date need to be canceled without refund.
Please note that once tickets for The Alhambra and the guided visit are booked, neither the entry tickets nor the guided tour fees are refundable.
Detailed information and additional cancellation and amendment terms are outlined in the Cancellation Policy. These Terms and Conditions encompass the Cancellation Policy by reference. By making a purchase or booking or using any of our services, you are agreeing to these Terms and Conditions and the Cancellation Policy referenced herein.

A booking is considered successfully cancelled or amended only after we send successful notification via email and cancellation/amendment fees are assessed.
All tours are sold as an entire package; as such there will be no offers of partial refunds for portions of a service that a guest has decided not to utilize.
Force Majeure. If a site, attraction, or visit on your schedule tour service/itinerary is closed due to force majeure, including strikes or other unforeseen closures, Savor Granada will do its best to contact guests soon as possible, and offer a suitablesubstitution, reschedule a different service, or provide a refund, pending availability and at full company discretion.
8. Admission & Entry
Upon Purchasing a Service, you will receive a confirmation email that details meeting location and specific meeting time.
Guests are asked to arrive to the meeting point 15 minutes prior to the start of the tour.
Give yourself ample time to reach meeting points. If you or your travel companions are running late or need assistance in finding the meeting point, please call our office at the number provided in your confirmation email, and we will do our best to assist you however it is your ultimate responsibility to reach a meeting point on time.
We are unable to compensate or reschedule any guests who miss their tour due to traffic or any other circumstance.
Savor Granada is not responsible for failure to arrive at a tour meeting point on time. Please see the no show/late arrival clause on the Cancellation Policy
Please ensure that all members of your party have a valid photo ID on them on the day of the visit. This is particularly important for guests taking the guided tour of the Alhambra, as security checks are carried out at the entrances to the monument.
9. Modifications to bookings
Changes are permitted subject to availability. Last-minute modifications cannot be guaranteed.
10. Medical conditions, allergies, dietary restrictions, and general health
By booking any of our tours, the client declares that they do not have any health condition that would prevent them from participating normally in the reserved experience. Otherwise, the client must inform Savor Granada in advance of any relevant medical condition, allergy, or dietary intolerance with sufficient notice so that we can assess the situation and, if possible, adapt the experience accordingly.
Savor Granada will do its best to offer suitable alternatives, but cannot guarantee any changes if the information is not provided in advance or if the nature of the tour or the conditions of our partner venues make it unfeasible.
We are unable to offer any refunds if the client is unable to take part in all or part of the activity due to not having informed us in advance of any relevant health condition, allergy, or dietary restriction.
Some activities may require good physical mobility (such as cobblestone streets, hills, stairs, or extended walking). We recommend reviewing the tour details before booking and contacting us in case of any doubts.
11. Use of images
Photos and videos may be taken during the tours for promotional purposes. By participating, the client authorizes the use of their image on social media, the website, or in marketing materials, unless expressly stated otherwise in writing prior to the activity.
12. Data protection
Any personal information you provide to us is subject to our Privacy Policy, which governs the collection and use of the data provided. By using our Services or making a purchase, you expressly consent to the collection and use of this information in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
13. Changes to Terms
Savor Granada may update or modify these Terms and Conditions whenever it deems necessary. The revised terms will apply to all bookings made from the date of their publication onward.
14. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. Both parties expressly submit to the Courts of Granada for the resolution of any dispute arising from the use of the website or the contracting of services
