What is the meeting point place for your experiences?

The starting point of each tour is different. You will find further information in the description of each of our tours. Please, check it.

When does the experience start and do I need to arrive early?

All start time information is displayed on our website under each tour. We strongly recommend guests arrive at our premises 10 minutes before any experience starts.

How big are the groups?

We like to keep our groups small. Generally, our groups have a maximum of 6-10 guests per experience, but you can check the details in each experience’s description.

Is there a minimum required to run an experience?

Yes, we require a minimum of 2 guests.

What happens if the experience I booked does not reach the minimum number of guests required?

We will contact you before the experience date to inform you that it may be cancelled, and will contact you again to confirm if we are finally running the experience. If not, we will provide you some other alternatives or the full refund of the amount paid.

What if the experience I would like to do is not available on a certain date?

Email or call us and we will do our best to open a new date in the calendar.

Are your experiences suitable for children?

Children are very much a part of the dining scene and we welcome children on most of our experiences. However, as there are exceptions, you may want to contact us to check the suitability for the chosen experience.

Do you offer private tours?

Yes, we offer private tours. Contact us or see specific information on the website for further details.

Do you offer special rates for groups?

Yes, please consult us for group rates for more than 10 guests. We are specialists in large groups and corporate groups.

Which language is the tour run?

All the tours displayed in our web are run in English. French, Italian and Spanish are also available upon request.

I’m vegetarian / vegan / celiac – is this going to be a problem?

Not all activities are suitable for people with dietary restrictions. When possible we will ensure that while on your experience, you will have the best alternatives. However, you must let us know at the time of booking so we can organise this for you. Please check each individual experience.

I am allergic to certain foods – is this going to be a problem?

No problem. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know. We will ensure you will have the best alternatives.

I don’t drink alcohol, is there a discount?

If you do not drink alcohol, we cannot offer a discount but will make sure you have the best alternatives available with a wide range of excellent soft drinks and juices available.

Online booking

Online Reservations can only be made with a valid credit card. We proceed online payments throught Virtual POS from Cajamar Caja Rural Bank. Your credit card will be charged immediately when making the reservation.

Accepted credit card

At the moment, we can only accept payments by Visa or Mastercard. We do not accept American Express.

What to do if my payment will not process?

If the payment will not process please, contact your bank to ensure that your bank will allow international payments to be made. Should you continue to have further problems with payments please feel free to contact us.

What happens if I need to cancel my tour?

We understand that things happen and plans sometimes change. We ask that you inform us as soon as possible if your plans do change. Bellow you will find our cancelation policy:

  • Cancellations and/or date changes must be communicated by email at no less than 72 hours in advance of the tour in order to receive a refund.
  • Free cancellations and date changes (pending availability) up to 72 hours before your tour 
  • No refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 72 hours of a tour.
  • No refunds or rebookings are available once a tour has commenced.
