About your booking

About your tour

  •  What are the possibilities of taking one of your tours with a wheelchair, motorized scooter, or mobility limitations?
Each tour is different, and accessibility varies depending on the route and the sites visited. In general, participants with mobility limitations may face challenges on our group tours due to staircases, narrow pathways, and uneven surfaces, particularly in historic and archaeological areas.
If you have any concerns or need personalized recommendations, contact us. We’ll be happy to help you choose the most suitable option.
    Important note for Alhambra visits:

If you or someone in your party uses a wheelchair or has reduced mobility, please contact us at least 4 months prior to your visit. Due to high demand for tickets and strict access regulations, early planning is essential. Please note that the Alhambra is the most visited monument in Spain and a UNESCO World Heritage Site, which makes advance booking crucial to guarantee availability and the best possible experience.

  •  I am traveling with a small child. Can I bring a stroller on the tour?
Every tour is different, but in most cases, strollers can be challenging on group tours. Some sites do not permit strollers inside. Please contact us in advance so we can check what’s possible and advise you accordingly.
When permitted, strollers must be small, lightweight, and foldable.
  •  Can I enter the Alhambra with a baby stroller?
No, baby strollers are not allowed inside the buildings of the Alhambra. However, the Council of the Alhambra and Generalife provides a stroller and baby backpack check service. By presenting your valid ticket for the day, you can leave your stroller at the Puerta del Vino locker and borrow a baby carrier (up to 12 kg). This option not only makes your visit more comfortable but also helps preserve the monument.
  • What should I bring for my tour?
To enjoy your experience comfortably and safely, we recommend bringing the following:
  • Comfortable shoes: Many of our tours involve walking on cobblestones, uneven paths, or historic areas, so good footwear is essential.
  •  Water: Staying hydrated is important, especially in warmer months.
  • Sun protection: A hat, sunglasses, sunscreen, or a parasol are recommended, as some areas may have little shade.
  • Weather-appropriate clothing: In cooler months, bring layers, a coat, umbrella, or rain jacket. Remember, our tours run rain or shine.
  •  ID: Some tours or monuments require official identification showing your date of birth.
Important for Alhambra visits: Security checks are carried out at access points. Spanish residents must present a valid DNI, while foreign visitors must carry their passport—without it, entry may be denied. Some tours or monuments require an official ID showing your date of birth.
  • Booking confirmation: Keep it handy for check-in.
  •  It’s raining. Will my tour still run?
Granada usually enjoys wonderful weather throughout the year, and our tours run rain or shine. However, in very rare cases, certain sites may close due to extreme weather conditions. For example, heavy rain or flooding may lead to temporary closures of the Alhambra.
If we receive advance notice of such closures and there’s enough time, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer alternative options when available.
  • What if I need to reschedule or cancel my tour?
No problem—plans can change. If you need to reschedule, please refer to the Modify a Booking section in our FAQs for instructions. If you wish to cancel, check our Cancellation Policy for full details on conditions, timeframes, and any applicable fees. If you have any questions or need assistance, contact us—we’re here to help.
