CANCELLATION POLICY
Group tours
Our cancellation policy for group tours is as follow:
• Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the tour date: 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the tour will not be eligible for a refund
Visit of the Alhambra
Please note that once tickets are booked, neither the entry tickets nor the guided tour fees are refundable.
Private and tailored-made tours
Savor Granada spends a great deal of staff time organizing tours and reservations, and last-minute changes can cause significant disruption to our team and to our experts. For this reason, we apply the following cancellation policy:
– Cancellations made at least 60 days prior to the tour date are eligible for a
100% refund.
– Cancellations made between 59 days and 30 days prior to the tour date are
eligible for a 50% refund.
– Cancellations made between 29 days and 16 days prior to the tour date are
eligible for a 25% refund.
– Cancellations within 15 days prior to the tour date need to be canceled without refund.
Late arrivals and no-shows
Due to strict time slot at monuments such as the Alhambra, we strongly recommend arriving at the meeting point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled start time indicated on your booking confirmation. Our groups depart promptly at the scheduled time. If you arrive late or cannot find the meeting point, for any reason, refund requests are not honored per policy. In most cases, it is not logistically possible to join the tour after it has started, for both cultural and food tours.
Cancellation due to planes, trains, automobiles or illness
The cancellation policy applies to tardiness and no-shows of any kind, including, but not limited to, tardiness due to flight or train cancellations, delays, issues caused by traffic or congestion or illness.
In the case of a delay, we recommend contacting us as soon as you know you will be
late. The earlier we know, the more we can do to assist.
We strongly recommend the purchase of travel insurance. Savor Granada does not take responsibility, if your selected travel insurance policy does not cover losses due to delays, cancellations, illness or medical expenses.
Refund Processing Time
Refunds are processed promptly once a cancellation request is received. Depending on the bank’s processing time or card provider, it may take between 3 to 10 business days to show up on your bank account.
Changes to this policy
From time to time, the terms of this policy may change at the Company’s discretion. In the event of such changes, the new policy will apply for all tours booked after the date and time of the policy change.
